About Us - Our Story

Owners, Laura and David Robertson, opened Corporate Kits Plus, Inc. in the fall of 1994. Prior to opening Corporate Kits Plus, Laura originally worked as a printer, and then as a paralegal, while her husband, David, was a business attorney. The company’s initial name was Parker & Rhodes, Inc., while their trade name was Corporate Kits Plus.

The couple originally set up shop in the basement of their home and set their sights on January 1, 1995 as their big day to be up and running, looking to add as many satisfied customers as they could find in their first year of business. They visited attorneys, accountants, small business development centers, and reached out to individual business owners to determine which corporate minute books and related products best met their needs. That was no small task and they worked diligently to meet this goal.

Because there was a definite need in the legal and small business community for quality custom corporate kits, stock certificates, preprinted minutes, corporate embossing seals and stamps, and notary seals and stamps, we concentrated on what types of products our customers really wanted and more importantly, needed.

In 2004, we added our warehouse, Southeast Corporate Supply, LLC, and we made many of our products available to the wholesale community. By 2012, we merged our warehouse and retail companies into one full service company, and changed our name to Corporate Kits Plus, Inc., the name by which you know us best.

We believe in the personal touch. Our continued success lies in our "over and above” exceptional customer service, expert industry knowledge, superior customization, and quality products. We acquired first-rate manufacturing equipment over the years to insure the quickest turnaround time and produce everything right here in Peachtree Corners, Georgia.

For the last 20 years, Corporate Kits Plus, Inc. has been serving attorneys, accountants, small businesses, and the public. We have kept our standards high and we want our customers to be completely satisfied with our products and services. Our small, yet capable office staff is dedicated to your satisfaction, and we will continue to assist the legal and small business communities to the very best of our ability.
